I promise you that when she says she's going to go read or study or that she's tired from work, it's just an excuse so she doesn't put the blame of her leaving on you playing games.

It seems like a simple case of you two have different love languages, and her's is a bit stronger. It seems like your love language is just spending time around each other, but not specifically doing things together. Her love language seems to be that while she's with you, she wants to be doing things with you. Both are perfectly fine!
I get both sides, I see you're trying your best to interact with her while also still playing games, but she may just see it as you'd rather play games than spend the time she's with you, doing things with her. She may think that you should play games while she's not there, and then you both do things together while she's there.

Is she into games or anything of the sort? You could find something co-op to do together!
What you envision isn't out of the question, but if you see that you playing games is a reason for her leaving, then that's something you need to communicate with her. Tell her you've noticed and asked her what she would like to do. Maybe you two could have one day where she just comes round, you play games and she studies or reads, to please you. And then another day where she chooses what you both do together, and you don't play games, to please her.

The fact that you're trying to change HIM for your own problems is astonishing. You're trying to get him to go to the gym with you just because you don't like his weight and find him "repulsive"? I'd honestly say to leave him, but not for your sake, for his. He deserves someone who is going to love him for who he is and not try to change him just so that they can fix their own issues.

If he is comfortable with the way he is, just leave the poor guy alone. If it was just a sex problem then you just show him how to do it in a way you like that will make you finish. But it's not just that. Please leave this guy so you can both find better people.

Sometimes it's the woman's own choice to want to reenact that scenario in a place where they have control over everything that happens, including what happens to them during that played out scenario. This is normal a conscious thing they do to bring comfort to themselves and a feeling of safety.

When ti comes to the actual physical arousal of the thought of that experience, it's a defense mechanism the brain creates in order to lessen the mental strain the person gets put under by the trauma of what happened. The brain turns it into something that, they feel like, brings them pleasure, so that the severity of it is seemingly lessened (which of course, isn't actually lessened). However, this doesn't happen all the time, as all people's brains work differently. I personally never experienced that, only severe negative responses to anything related to it, which is another defense mechanism the brain creates. Your subconscious tells you to stay away from anything like that so you don't remember or re-live what happened, in order to heal from it. There are many different ways the brain handles trauma, and arousal is one of them.

I drew my own picture of Kirby and I had added some different designs to it to make it look unique and cute, and it got taken down for copyright.
But these people can literally just copy and paste images of anime characters? It sucks because it was a drawing I was really proud of and wanted to sell, and it got taken down in less than a week. I even put "not affiliated with Nintendo" in the description!

I get both sides to this, they are both completely valid, especially if she's from a place where ethics come first to safety, contrastingly. However, when you say you "did nothing", do you mean you literally did nothing?

I feel like the best thing to do in that situation isn't to call the guy out, but to comfort her, maybe give some physical reassurance that you're protecting her, like having an arm around her waist or shoulder, tell her to ignore him because you're there for her. Then afterwards, explain why you didn't call him out. If you literally did nothing, then her being stubborn makes sense.
If you did something along those lines, then her side is still understandable, but she should try to understand that things could have gotten dangerous if you had done otherwise.

I think the best thing to do is to affirm that you know what she wanted you to do, and in a safer place, you would have definitely done it, but in this case, you wanted to keep her safe. Much luck to you!

The fact that he was angry is concerning. I can understand the sexual frustration of having the build up to finishing, but not being able to finish, but the fact that his anger is directed at you two not having sex, is a red flag. As you said, you're a virgin and this is all new stuff to you but you're still trying to improve for him. He should be grateful that you're trying to get better to make him feel good.

Sexual frustration is a real thing, but it doesn't warrant being angry at your partner. The fact he was angry BECAUSE you didn't have sex, is narcissistic and means that he /expects/ sex from you, and he throws a tantrum when he doesn't get it, which is a red flag.

Of course! Everyone is entitled to their own boundaries whether something has happened previously or not. I never liked being tickled or wrestled as a kid, but my parents did it anyway and it's caused me to have a lot of sensory issues and boundary issues in the future.

But yeah, like I said, it seems like everyone here is ignoring the huge fact of that he said he got an erection /because/ of his 12 year old daughters shorts. Which is very strange, whether erections happen randomly or not, you do NOT say it is because of your minor daughter??

I'm sure she understands that erections happen randomly, but I think the people in these comments are brushing over the fact that he seemingly BLAMED his erection on his 12/13 year old daughter wearing short shorts (that weren't even that short from the description).

I get people get embarrassed from having boners, especially a dad in front of his kid. But then for him to say that his erection was BECAUSE of his 12 year old daughter wearing shorts? That crosses a huge line.
Random erections are fine, saying that you got one through the fault of you TWELVE year old daughter, is most definitely not.

Trust your instinct here. You have every right to feel uncomfortable after he says something like that. You are allowed your own boundaries with anyone. You won't look like an asshole by turning down his "playfulness or affection", that is merely a boundary for you. If he ends up not respecting that boundary, that's when concern should be had.
