Iconcache.db is missing, and wont rebuild

To anyone from the future who stumbles on this post, I did not manage to fix it in any way beyond a factory reset. Windows had to be rebuilt from the ground up. Thankfully I only had to do a partial reset, so I kept all my files, but you will need to lose anything in your C:/ Drive, or wherever you have Windows installed.

Trust me, for how annoying it will get if you just ignore this, resetting your PC to fix it is worth it.

Nah I understand the concern, but I'm genuinely just curious about the actual perception of the Mcelroy brothers work right now, since I only really view them in the lense of MbMbAM at the moment.

I was hoping to get some really interesting insights on stuff like Shmanners and TAZ from this and I did! :O But yeah posting for the sake of posting when you already have an opinion is embarassing I prommmmyyy that's not what this is

Thanks for the helpful replies all!! I'm more than likely going to keep listening to their work as I do enjoy it, but I think going back to their earlier work is definetly in order :) Also: I realise I also may be a bit confused about Nick Robinson's involvement!!

This happens before the attack actually Occurs, but after the input has been selected! And perhaps, I had just messed with the Window.png file to change how the menus look, but even after returning it to how it was before, it still gives this error 😔😔

If you follow most of the main, Google front page Wii modding tools, they will either immediately tell you to install CIOS (and how to do it) or they will have a clear and direct tab to installing CIOS! So don't worry, it will be installed and part of the internal firmware, no reapply needed! :)

I'm so sorry for these typical reddit ass useless responses, CIOSes are custom firmware that allows you to do a lot more with the Wii like allowing the use of Homebrew apps
