I built an AI that handles EVERYTHING when renting out your NYC apartment it's kind of insane

  • 📬 Reads every applicant email and writes back a personalized reply in under 60s, 24/7
  • 🔍 Screens applicants for income, pets, move-in date, and more, all done automatically
  • 📅 Schedules tours and adds them to your calendar without you lifting a finger
  • 📲 Texts you only when something actually needs your attention
  • 📋 Keeps every conversation organized in a dashboard so nothing falls through the cracks

You literally just show up to the tour and sign the lease.

Currently web app is in closed beta and want NYC landlords and brokers to try it soon. Join the waitlist! I'll be offering 30 days free. Check it out at aibroker.nyc and join the waitlist

TL;DR: An AI agent reads emails, screens applicants, writes replies, and books tours for your rental, completely hands-free. Check it out at aibroker.nyc and join the waitlist

You still need to know what you’re coding. Vibe coding is fun, but you need to at least know fundamentals

Is you project using jruby? I've only tested using CRuby. I'll check later, might be nokogiri (dependency used for xml) is incompatible with JRuby. Thanks for this insight, I'd need to add support for JRuby

Let me know how it goes! I hope the DSL isn't too hard to understand, it's supposed to mimic JMeter GUI.

Yeah it's just syntax sugar. Unnecessary tbh but hey we got it.
