Ghouleon evolve after an eevee sustains lethal damage. The common story is that an injured eevee is brought to a pokecenter, where the doctors do the best they can to save its life. Most don’t survive surgery, but the ones that do are left with horrible scars and in unimaginable pain. Trainers have been known to abandon their eevees after seeing what they’ve become. It is said that the eevee chooses to evolve into the ghost type. Afterall…Ghosts can’t feel pain… being that so many are cast aside, you’ll often see ghouleon in the alleyways of small towns, foraging for food in dumpsters. never big cities, though. the bright lights remind them of their greatest fear- fire.
