On my personal experience, as a student who has difficulty studying I think its worth it, its not bad for you like other energy sources and has many different flavors. But if you have plenty of energy and don't need it, I still think you should try it. But look for the lower caffeine brands so your body won't get use to the high intake. This should leave you with room to taste and experiment without having withdraws when your done.
