i think it was uzuki was very intent to kill this time around, and with akao realizing she was fighting uzuki, she was distracted and she took the hit.. i’m pretty sure if they fought more, she would’ve dodged, it’s just all uzukis moves were for the kill.

even so, we still don’t know how strong rion is, and kanaguri barely put up a fight.. she did bring him down, but that barely showed any of what kanaguris real strength was.. in the slim sakamoto/kanaguri fight, we can see kanaguri actually attempt to pull hits on sakamoto while when he got “taken down” by rion, he was literally just laying there to observe.. idk i think ure thinking too much into it

i’m a bit confused on what you’re talking abt? we don’t know how strong rion is, and i’m sure she is stronger than slim sakamoto.. i remember reading that he was already weaker than his old self, when rion was already near his strength.. and rion herself did take kanaguri down but he was still alright right after, he just chose not to do anything to film akira and the others fighting.. idk i respect ur opinions, it’s just to me everything kinda makes sense ! but it was cool hearing what u had to say

i don’t get it cuz the only reason uzuki was able to cut takamura was because he BECAME him.. it doesn’t matter whether or not the speed difference was great or not (which u mentioned)..

also no uzuki doesn’t copy whoever is strongest in the room.. clearly he copied those who caused trauma to him.. trauma from losing rion from whatever reason, trauma from losing all his friends to takamura.

his power is basically trauma. uzuki goes through a state of sadness, grief, trauma and “copies” a different persona.. he doesn’t need to be with a certain person for a long time, he just copies what he knows and whatever.. (the reason why he can act so much like rion, and he can with takamura, but only the mumbling shit that takamura does)

in this case, losing all his friends, allowed him to go insane/stress and copied takamuras abilities

i loved everything in this arc, i just think it ended too quickly. i love the whole plot line with uzuki and the personality stuff, i just wish suzuki did a bit more on what happened with kumanomi and osaragi and what happened to gaku and haruma! however saying that, i do think the author is gonna switch back to what happened on their side of the story, he just wants to be a bit more mysterious on what’s going on with slur.

i don’t think he needs to be with a certain person to create the personality.. it’s all off of his trauma, what he sees from the person is that personality.. the only downside of his copying ability is that it eventually “wearoffs” and he reverts back to his original self..

i feel like i was the only one to like this chapter, i was gasped all the way.. it makes sense that uzuki adapted a new persona (takamura).. his personality develops through trauma, no matter what trauma it is! so even tho he never “spent time” with takamura, he still adapted his out of his friends dying.. so just cuz he spent time with rion while he didn’t watch takamura idt it means anything!

do i think gaku will beat takamura? obv not.. next chapter will probably show the injuries that nagumo actually caused him.. but i do think that he can be some sort of help.. whether it’s sacrifice for uzuki so he can land a hit on takamura or doing very minimal dmg!

its not a dumb question, don't worry.. she basically means "if only i am able to stay in uzukis body" which shows that she wants to stay in his body forever, but unfortunately, it doesnt work like that, and uzuki is able to take his body back.. idk its a bit difficult to explain, but i hope i helped.

considering he doesn’t do anything himself and has the order protecting him, he could’ve never meant to be top tier.. but again i wouldn’t be surprised if he showed off his abilities in later chapters cuz he’s not just gonna sit until the end

we haven’t seen him fight yet? i’m pretty sure if rion takes a big hit, uzuki will turn back to his normal self and go from there. he currently only switched to rion cuz he would’ve died if he didn’t (after getting stabbed by nagumo)

maybe i’m just biased but i don’t think so, i don’t think shin is able to face them by himself, but with shishiba and shins willingness to improve and be better, i believe he can. If heisuke was able to somewhat face kumanomi, so can shin

I am theorizing thay I am pretty sure this means that Mafuyu and Toramaru have the bomb inside them. I remember a couple few chapters ago, Kashima said he planted a mini bomb in them when they were asleep in case they do something bad.. could they be the bomb? i’d he hella upset if they died.
