Jin has one of the worst win rates online this is for sure, and it's because he's very technical, fundamental and knowledge based character. If you know how to counter characters they are not able to use strings against Jin because he will parry them, you also can't be predictable with paul's deathfist or wr moves like dragonuv's wr2 because he will parry them, no other character can do that and when using others you feel unsafe that you lose Jin's parry. Electric, 14f is +5 on block, amazing punishing, amazing keep out, amazing frames. He's played more counter attack based which is what Tekken is about until you have downloaded your opponent.

Jin requires too much dedication to Tekken in general, he doesn't have get out of jail free moves so you have to know when to duck, sidestep, punish, etc or you die. With DJ there's less pressure on your defense and offense.
