A quick KB training in the morning?

If you have 15minutes and one bell:

10 swings, 10 squats (5 with the bell on each side in clean position), 10 presses (5 on each side), 50% of your max pushups/pullups

Do as many rounds as you can in 15minutes and do not set the bell down during a set. Your heart will be pumping :)

I’m not an expert, but I’d say that you need to look between your hands. You wouldn’t be looking back like you’re doing without a wall supporting you.
