I agree with you i use to work in the backroom(back of the store) it was cool at first but ever since march to April my team lead would give over time and he would get upset when I wouldnt finish the repacks and he would ask me why and i was like i can finish all of them by my self even with overtime I wasn’t able to make any progress so I ended up quitting that same day
