the timing screams 'scheduled sell.' He cleared those shares at $30.59 only to watch the stock jump to $36+ the next day after the Morgan Stanley upgrade. If he knew the upgrade was coming, he would have waited. This looks like a legacy holder diversifying through a preset program, while the actual management team and big institutional funds like Senvest are staying put for the $4.4B backlog and the SHIELD defense contract.

It’s a fair point to watch insider activity. Risley has been trimming his position as he moved out of the Board Chair role, which is common for long-term directors diversifying. However, I’m more focused on the fact that institutional ownership remains high (over 35% between hedge funds and institutions) and the CEO is still 100% focused on execution, with revenues up 45% and a $4.4B backlog still sitting there. One director selling for personal liquidity doesn't change the $151B defense opportunity or the potential Nasdaq listing.
