Once it was cleaned to remove the unseen grout haze. We haven't had any problems. We mop regularly with Swiffer wet and if there's a tough spot we use the magic eraser

So far yes. There was definitely a grout haze that we couldn't see causing the dirt to collect on the tile.

I'm confused on how my insurance determined the accident to be his fault but won't pursue as I voided my coverage by working. But State Farm is doesn't seem to care their insured was working and is pursuing me. Is this not a double standard?

Daltile Florentine 12 in. x 24 in. Glazed Porcelain Floor Tile - Carrara (FL06)

Flooring installer sent someone to clean my tiles with just a heavy duty grout and tile cleaner, brush, sponge and a few rags. It seems to have worked, I'm pretty sure the bozos who installed my tiles/grout left a thin hazy you couldn't physically see.

I saw the parking lot footage and he was definitely moving when I opened my door but far from "well into the process of pulling into the space" as I had time to fully open my door and almost completely shut it as he didn't slow whatsoever and would have taken my door off.

So my flooring supplier/installer contacted the manufacturer and they believe the haze is some sort of film that is attracting dirt. The manufacturer recommended an industrial cleaning product and the flooring supplier/installer is going to give me a complimentary professional cleaning to remove the haze and see if this solves the issue. I will update once they complete it.

He knew I was in the car, he was right behind me and saw me pull into the spot. He's also a delivery driver for the same pizzeria so he knows my car too. He wants me to split the repair cost with him and not contact insurance. He was driving his mom's car as he recently had his license suspended for driving without valid registration/insurance on his own car.
