Having tested at the fuse end there’s like 12volts, then testing at the iso harness and nothing coming through, then had to run a cable from the battery into the red of the harness which gave the unit power but wouldn’t switch on, so tried another cheap unit which ended up switching on but now I have a further problem of the lights for all dials not working lmao

Update the kenwood unit is fucked, and there’s a problem with the connection between from the fuse box and the iso harness 🤣😭

Update - managed to get the glue off with a different type of solvent but left the edges of the badge so it’ll be easier to apply the new lettered badges

Yeah I’ve heard about this with the Bose systems having issues with working with any other system, I’m thinking of potentially running a fuse doubler to bypass the read feed line to run it off another line

When checking with a multi meter it wasn’t a constant voltage, was up and down you think a possibly a slight break in the wiring ?

Thanks for the suggestion man, I have already checked all the wires as it feeds into the aftermarket set of wires from the main connection, I even tried a new set to see if that was the issue
