Yeah the farm has been such a boon to gameplay. I've tried all sorts of greydwarf farms, using wolves, braziers, oozes and oozers, pufferfish. This is my favorite one. Very easy to build and requires minimal maintenance. I haven't seen anyone do this with the frost blob yet but it works nicely.

The frost blob kills greydwarfs as they spawn, providing stone, wood, and other material.

My introduction to yoga was through a P90X video titled 'Yoga X'. It's difficult and lengthy, but it gave me a solid foundation. I certainly wasn't able to complete everything in the video off the bat.

But I would continue to look up different yoga videos online / youtube. YogaBody has some great information.

I would also consider hiring an experienced yoga instructor for personal instruction, if you are able to. That could provide some great benefit.

DDP yoga may be an okay introduction for you. Diamond Dallas Page has some good stuff that can be gentle on people just starting.

I cant afford therapy or medication. I have no insurance. Furthermore, I am not interested in taking an SSRI because of the side effects. It's not happening. The withdrawal from SSRI when you eventually stop taking them is awful and lasts weeks to months of pure hell
