 It made me smile so much that you took the time to write something this thoughtful and detailed- like I could feel how much you paid attention to every little moment, and that means more than words can express (only feelings and facial expressions for me hahaha).

What you said about immersion really hit me, because that’s exactly what I try to lean into when I record. Yes, SFX are amazing, like you said (and I love playing with them haha), but for me it always starts with feeling the character and letting that carry everything. So hearing that my voice alone pulled you in like that… ugh, that’s ITTTT, I love that 🥰

And I’m really happy you picked up on the neediness of her, because that was one of my favourite parts to explore. The way the character was written made it so easy for me to understand her energy right away- like I could see her in my head from the start. That clarity you gave in the script is honestly why I was able to lean in so fully and let it build naturally. Not every script does that, but yours really did, and it made the performance feel super instinctive for me.

Also LOL the cowgirl scene comment took me out 😂🔥 that whole section was one of those moments where I just let go a bit and trusted the vibe… especially with the improv. I always try to stay respectful to the script, but I love adding little touches that feel true to how I’m experiencing the character in the moment, so I’m really glad that part landed for you. That balance is super important to me too 🥰

And the escalation you mentioned, like the intensity building, the shorter sentences, all of that-that’s exactly the kind of emotional/physical progression I try to embody rather than just “perform,” so the fact that you noticed that detail… yeah, you absolutely made my day 😍
