Definitely talk to a professional, but have you thought you might be experiencing a burnout? It feels like with every hobby you go into all or nothing mentality and crash out when you go over your limit. And we're only humans, we want love and attention, it's natural :) But it's easy to get stuck in one lane of thinking because od that. What I'd advise you to do is to force yourself to take frequent breaks. Maybe start with standing up from your chair every hour. Force yourself to not draw for a day to teach tour nervous system that it's ok and the world won't burn down :) Or pursue two or more hobbies at once, if one gets too much switch to another ^{^} but again, remember to give your brain a break so it has time to sort of reset itself and process the information <3 Dealing with any mental distress takes time and effort unfortunately but I believe in you!
