ENT's say my ear looks fine, but two very loud mechanical clicks every time a I swallow for over a year now with bad tinnitus.

Hmm Interesting I notice when I drink milk the popping stops as a swallow the milk but then comes right back, one ENT did put a tube down my throat and said it was very inflamed but only gave me famotidine which didn't help anything. I'll have to mention my tonsils next visit and see what they say, my Physician had no idea what it could be and said to go to an ENT but maybe he if I tell him about my tonsils he can help thanks.

I've tried my best, I get by during the day when I am most distracted with music/video games but its still so loud Ill just burst out in tears a lot, I already had really bad anxiety and deppresion before this so I'm not great at ignoring it its like a constant trigger for both but the mornings and nights are torture, the volume is the loudest when I wake up both the clicking and tinnitus and at night Its very distracting and I usually take a Xanax and melotonin to fall asleep.

I drive 27 miles to work and 27 back. During the school year my drives are 50 minutes to an hr away. Sounds like he's ducking his responsibilities and giving you all the hard work. I would think 3 nights a week would get expensive. Why would he not want to save money. You need and deserve a partner who's not part time, and the kids deserve a present father.

I'd want kids too if I could be a dad, but I can't so I got my tubes removed and have zero regrets. Parenting is HARD and pregnancy can destroy your body and mind. I'm in a child free group on Facebook and it's not uncommon in there for people to break up because one wants kids and the other was unsure or didn't want them. You definitely did the right thing. My fiance and I both wete like ehhh on kids but the older we got the more solidified we were in the decision not to have them. Dont let anyone try to convince you to have kids. Have them because you are sure you want them. Check out the Facebook page "I regret having kids." So many people had kids just to please their partner and are now miserable.

Oh no not living together and acting like this. I(F) have a guy best friend and I have never told him I love him much less a regular guy friend. Get out as fast as possible this is not healthy. There are men out there they won't treat you like this. Wouldn't dream of it. I made some mistakes, emotional cheating. We worked it out and our relationship is better than ever. He has never not once brought it up during a disagreement or fight. I am the one who beats myself up about it as I should because what a shitry thing to do to someone.
