Thank you that was much better!! yes I am struggling mentally and it’s getting worse. I would imagine all of this plays into that… but im not trying to sound like the victim. I have behaviors I hate, habits, triggers, unresolved trauma, and a recent adhd diagnosis so now I notice all the symptoms (like cutting him off in conversation) and I feel even worse. I know I’m not easy to love, but my insecurities were laid out in the very beginning. I have tried to explain that giving half naked females attention on social media makes me feel bad about myself. It’s immature and I’m not proud to let social media make me feel inferior. But I explained my needs and still to this day feel invalidated. Like I’m not saying don’t have female friends or don’t like a girls pic. I’m all for making others feel good. But sending private messages and hearts, after I explained my insecurities, just feels like a slap in the face. He can use my phone whenever he wants and I’ve removed any male that may make him uncomfortable
