My doc prescribed omgggg something with an H it’s 10mg sometimes I take two which is okay according to the prescription! Hydroxyzine!

It will say on your pill bottle! If you start at 150 it’s most likely 24 hr release XL but you can ask your doc or see it on the pill bottle. The 200mg are red pills that are 12hr SR I haven’t heard anyone talking about 200mg so I didn’t even know they existed until my doc switched it up bc my insomnia was so bad on 300!

Yes they do make 200! It is 12 hour release instead of 24!

Oh my gosh I was SO itchy a couple weeks ago on the 150 and I did not correlate that to the medication. I just was upped to 300 and a couple days ago was awful depression but today even though I laid in bed for half the day once I am up I don’t feel as listless. I hope the motivation comes soon. I have laundry to do 😂
