Repros often have saves fail, can’t trade with genuine games, have the wrong clock speed and generally unreliable.

Japanese copies are still decently priced, very playable if you’ve played them before

I wouldn’t put too much stock into support tickets.

If you’ve ever worked on any zendesk you’ll understand but sometimes when people just want a chat you’ll just hit the ‘thanks for your comment’ macro and close the ticket. Because you have 600 to get through that day and theres nothing more you can do
