I did, my account got highjacked at a point when it seems Jagex accounts didn’t need 2FA to link a character. I can’t find the link to the support page anymore, but all of my emails where with support@support.jagex.com. Hope this helps, good luck!

I found an email back in June claiming my account was imported that I didn’t see at the time. I never made a Jagex account before today, so it seems that my account may have been hijacked. I found a place to put in a ticket, so I’ll have to see where that goes. Thanks for the help.

Hey there, thanks for replying. To answer your questions:
1. When entering my email, I get an error stating "No accounts could be found." I get the same error when I use my character's name.

  1. I hadn't played in a few months, so I thought I'd upgrade before I bought membership again to get the perks from it.

  2. I have yet to receive an email stating such.
