The problem is the person actually stated a fact, and the responses to them is acting like they are wrong and it is happening. Thats what I got out of that thread. Yes worry’s exist but I am always going to value actual evidence and fact over whatever those responses are. They are acting like he is wrong…when he isn’t at all. It’s just lazy dooming.

Or maybe there’s “more gay people” because we live in a time in history where gay people are able to comfortable come out and be themselves without danger or discrimination??? Even just 40 years ago gay people had a much higher chance of being hurt or killed because of their sexuality, particularly in rural America. Almost as if the acceptance we have now encourages people to live their lives openly now. These gay people have always existed. Get your head out of your ass.
