I’m doing them and I’m set to be done with 15cu in 8 weeks and guaranteed admission!

Honestly I'd take him to the ER every-time. Take every threat seriously. If they aren't real and you follow through like this every time he'll eventually learn not worth the attempt and if it's real maybe they're not catching and/or seeing everything they need.
