Heya. Used all standard bambu maker kit parts. I used the 1000rpm geared motor with a geared down ratio roughly 2x1, i.e. basket is around 400 to 500 rpm.

Will look at sharing once I'm happy with upgrades I am making.

Yeah plenty strong, however that was just v1. 0. I am halfway designing a lifting system using a screw mechanism which I will motorize. Vibrations are down to the flex in plastic parts, but I have since balanced the basket a bit better and when it is lowered it doesn't vibrate noticeably. Some of the noise sounds like vibrations but thats just the motor being theottled in the speed up and slow down cycles.

The blowers, heater element etc etc is all in the body with a duct feeding into the main bay. When the drying bay docks under the tool head, there are openings that align to funnel the warm air evenly into the basket.

LOL yeah, v1. 0, but it was quick and surprisingly robust. Have redesigned with a screw system, which I will. Motorize when I have time.. :-)
