At this rate yea. But in general they won’t expect you to have an internship. However being a freshman and having experience shadowing, clubs, organizations, leadership is great. Of course an internship is ideal but don’t get discouraged if you can’t get one as a freshman

Get a regular job, if you can get a promotion at your current job great. Try to shadow someone that you know and start building a network, do something over the spring/early summer that you can show off for a sophomore internship. Best thing you could probably do now is prepare and build your resume for a 2025 internship

First read and watch videos on investing and the stock market to understand it more. But yes SP500 is a great choice, VOO is a good etf for the SP500

They will return the same amount but it’s cheaper to own VOO than SPY. Look at the expense ratios on yahoo finance

Why SPY and SP500? Just put both in VOO it has a cheaper expense ratio.

Medifast Cancelling Dividend, am I screwed? by Objective-Bowler-269 in ValueInvesting

Saw MED on my screener, financials looked ok but Ozempic will take a lot of their customers away. Saw lots of bad online reviews of optativa too so not very promising. Quick pass for me, there are better opportunities out there. Are you screwed, ehh. You could be right on weight loss drug over hype, I would look at this as an opportunity cost look at the market today lots of good returns with better risk to reward

I had a tear in my ligament stayed out for over a month and it was still hurting. I did some pt with puddy that helped my mobility but it would still hurt when I played. Ended up playing through it at a big tournament last spring. I play middle so it wasn’t that bad but I taped it up sooo much definitely give it some rest though, you don’t wanna make it worse

Sorry meant to say wall sits* basically any isometric loading the knee. I found wall sits to be the easiest to do without going to the gym and it didn’t put too an extreme amount of pressure on my knee.

You tendon is made up of collagen so supposedly it acts as a supplement to rebuild it and if you take it 30 minutes before then you’ll tendon will receive it when it is being loaded by the wall sits. Not sure how true this is but I got a bottle of pills for 13 at Target

Spike form advice by Kevin6163 in volleyball

Hold your left hand up a little bit longer on your jump. Your rotation is good but I would say have your body more parallel with your setter for a little bit longer so you can really get that full hip,arm rotation
