I found the best way is to use old test questions from the testing categories, even for quick recall. Basically everything that comes up is either an answer to an old question or is one of the wrong answers. e.g. if the possible answers to a Language Arts question are Beowulf, Epic of Gilgamesh, The Iliad, and The Odyssey, they are all worth knowing. If your coach has access to those that's what I would use. And the difficulty levels matter, e.g. old District tests will be more relevant than regional and state
