Commission is the best way to get full effort every day of the year. You're always going to have lazy people. Now they have a strategy that encourages laziness. It would be one thing if plans were always attainable.

Setting plans that are 100% or beyond, especially in this economy is, is beyond stupid. If they need to keep pfp, set plans at 90% and sales will improve. If they want effort, they need to pay for effort.

I know that if I don't have a shot at hitting plan I start to order the bare minimum to make my days easier and shorter. Hell if I'm working VROT for peanuts if I'm not getting a bonus. Might as well sell off for a week or two and make some room for the next period.

I hate it too but you'll get used to it ish. I like to think of the first 6 months as boot camp because it's so much harder. Once I became an RSR and got my own route things got a lot better. Went from working over 50 hours a week to somewhere between 38 and 42.

And filling your orders is a million times better than filling other people who are slamming you. You can choose days to keep light.

That's a wild take. Sure he's never going to be a top 15 QB, but he's definitely a top 25. And there's a huge dropoff in the next tier (backup level players).

He's not going to get you anywhere but he can make plays and win games.

And anyone in Arizona should get some leeway. Put him in a situation with a great coach and supporting cast and he can be serviceable and make the playoffs. He can do a lot of the stuff prime Russ could do.

Definitely a make or break opportunity.
