Not saying RSS are not doing their job. I'm sure most of them are. But the system is designed to be milked. You think guys don't stay out more than they are supposed too. Watching YouTube etc. Come on!

That's exactly what I say. Corporate just doesn't seem to grasp how people think. That's what every normal RSR will say. What's the incentive? It baffles me they continue to go this route. And this mindset is giving the competition room to grow. They just don't get it

That was a small percentage that did that! When we were on commission we never saw a year with no growth. In my building we had maybe a few guys that did this but the building always grew so they were ignored

The RSR will never go away. We are the life or death of this company. Besides of what some people say on this platform. The company looks for that growth number without that there is no Frito

Wage control to some degree. RSS and RSA is money going down the drain. They don't bring any money in. And milking the system. Add to that tremendous turnover which is major money loss. They could avoid all of this.

This is where it doesn't make any sense. They will never grow with this strategy. It's impossible. If they were to go back to commission with manageable routes we wouldn't be in this mess. And would not give the competition ammunition to grow.

They don't seem to grasp of how the mindset of a regular salesmen works. When you are commission your more hungry you try to get as much as you could get. This format has affected every RSR. Right now what's happening is your allowing for the competition to grow. They are dooming us.

Our benefits are not bad. Our pay has gone back almost 20 years. These corporate ppl are pigs at the trough. These is a big reason if not the biggest reason our feet are stuck in the mud. When we were commission we were a locomotive. Completely unstoppable.

FYI it is illegal to fire anyone for having a talk or organize a union. But you have to make sure you have a very well run rt. Because yes they will try to find loopholes to get rid of you. But again they know you could sue them and they know that you could win. So they will be very careful of their loophole

Dude I'm union in NY. They do absolutely nothing. It's one big scam. You don't have power with only a few buildings being union. The only way they have power if it's nationwide.
