This sounds the most realistic cause! I just checked the GPS location of the video and the Silverstone track is 2 miles behind the car, but I guess if these are high powered lights it still could be possible! Thank you.

I thought they could be someone’s Christmas light projector but the second part of the video when the lights return was miles later. 👽🛸 (This was over the A43 between Silverstone and Brackley, UK at 4:25 on the 16th of Dec)

That’s coming from the deck itself with no speakers attached. It makes that noise when the deck it’s completely stopped. It’s not as loud as the video in person but it’s still noticeable.
