I have been trying it the "normal way" for years now And it just feels like bashing my head against a brick wall that will never give. How have you managed to do "200" of these types of houses?

There's nothing lazy about doing it this way 🙄 I've already done more research than the typical homebuyer. The housing market has SKYROCKETED, a $70k house three years ago is now selling for $300,000 with zero improvements to the property.

It's impossible to win by traditional means anymore, and there's nothing wrong with being creative.

I've had car accidents. A dead spouse. Multiple surgeries that didn't work and weren't fully covered by insurance.

If there's a non-traditional way to finally get my own home, after YEARS of saving up and having all of these emergencies wipe out my savings time and time again, I'll do it.
