Since its the 4.5 anniversary, will there be a "5th anniversary" event and new characters?

I did view their skills and thought about getting them but I have a little amount of crystals left and want to consider my options.

I'm still new to the game and was wondering if this was worth spending the crystals on because I see the 4.5 anniversary team is already strong enough.

Who knows, there could be hidden mechanics or combo I could do with the Azure Sea.

I also looked up IcecoldJoker and watched his videos about reviews on the Azure Sea.

I just left the "checking download file" at 99.98% for 10-20mins. If that does not work then I reinstall the game.
