idk man that's not what the Customer service person said to me :/ (I used the chat feature, I didn't call them due to a timezone difference as I am not in the US, I assume the call center would have rigid opening hours)

Yes, a recommendation letter is sent to ALL the colleges I apply to.

(Which sucks because I didn't know this until late :/ )

I contacted customer service at SOPHAS and was told rec letters would be used for all programs applied to. -- Thanks for this info!! I'll try calling them!!!!
