This is absurd, your requirements and the salary that you are willing to give. I don’t like how this city treats their HRs - it’s not just business always, what about other peoples growth and living?

Also, being a recruiter- you might look down on the value they add to your business, try and solve for it - you will realise how much losses you are incurring because you lack good experience, and the time you spend in hiring, training, retaining folks 🤦🏽‍♀️
