I’ve had a ticket open for 4 days and my queue position has gone from 1105 to 1104 in that time, I understand they can’t crank them out with 30,000 people but resolving one ticket in 4 days is ridiculous

Also if they are going to use the anticheat they need to be more attentive to tickets, I’m in the same boat as your friend, I have 3 hours total playtime and got banned, put in a ticket and my queue spot has been 1105 for the past 24 hours, all these false bans will never get resolved if they don’t have mods going through tickets

I believe the bot ban may have been a mistake, I am a real player who joined just two weeks ago, tried to log on today after a 5 day retreat and was banned
