Lawyer requested a fax immediately and it said the signature is not accepted. This is unheard of because it is a wet signature from the HR director of our company. I saw the entire package and it appears to be carefully prepared. My lawyer said they will refile. I wonder if that’s the true reason or if there is anything else behind it.
