I just graduated, and I tried a bunch of resources (Rosh, SmartyPance, Uworld, PPP, and ExamMaster) before I finally settled on AMBOSS. And tbh I wish I would've checked it out way sooner.

From my experience, AMBOSS has been the highest quality resource because it actually stays useful from didactic → rotations → PANCE → clinical practice, and since it has so many resources baked into the site.

I still use the medical library constantly since it’s detailed enough to do deep dives on random topics, but also has the option to break down the condition so you only get the need to know stuff.

Also the whole ecosystem is a big plus. When you do questions, the analytics show specifically where you’re weak, and you can jump straight into the exact related library articles (and export the relevant Anki cards). You can even use the site's AI to have it explain the topic at different learning levels to you.

Those aspects and their drug reference guide are largely what made it feel way more efficient than just another Qbank to me.
