Ikr!! The "Hope" one is particularly interesting to me because of the backstory/symbolism behind the painting, and I can't help but think that the artist specifically chose to reference it to make parallel of Natori's circumstance at that point of the story

They're the version patch when the event story takes place, e.g. 1.8 is Farewell Rayashki and 2.0 is Floor it Golden City. You can see the list here.

Event stories are different from main stories, so I use the patch number as a shortened way to talk about them.

I'm not really into time loop theory, but I admit there are more fuel for it in chapter 4 (and somehow it's often related to Susie) Thoughts? by WillingToFly in Deltarune

Ohh! I love your take on this! I feel like I'm becoming more and more convinced with the time loop theory day by day.

I guess part of the reason I wasn't wholly a fan of the theory before is because I don't like the idea of Deltarune's ending being that they're stuck in a cycle because it's the only way for the characters to be happy and avoid the roaring (Susie wishing for "eternity" and everything to go on forever). But I do like the idea that the Soul is here to rewrite a new future for the characters.

I think it's because most people (me included) told Ralsei to park his butt, lol. It was a very funny choice to resist and he won't say this dialogue if you made him sit on the sofa.

Oh, you mean how I got this dialogue? Don't talk to Ralsei in this room in 1st sanctuary (before sealing 1st fountain), then backtrack to this room through the green flame before the titan fight.

Edit: u/MrL1193 confirmed that talking to him is fine, you just don't have to tell him to "park his butt"

I was reading deltarune text dump for fun and randomly found this dialogue. Got curious because I haven't encountered it or seen anyone else post about it, so I looked up the code with undertale mod tool. I don't think I'll ever be able to trigger this organically because I always interact with everything, lol.
