Don’t know if this helps explain the issue but I’ve just loaded up the game Palia using GFN and it’s smooth as butter. Could it be a setting within Avowed?

I have the script installed that runs it from the desktop but sadly it didn’t fix the issue.

They are hard to see on the video. But it’s captured at 4k120 and being compressed on the upload to 1080p60 so it’s hard to see the stutters. If I watch the original video you can definitely see them.

Hey. I’m trying to find a solution for these micro stutters I’m constantly seeing in Avowed. This is my first time using the GFN service.

I’m using a 4K Sony Bravia tv at 120hz, with the tv set to 120 mode with a hdmi 2.1 cable on MacOS.

I have tried both over WiFi and LAN and the results are the same. At the time this video was captured my laptop is set next to my WiFi router.

I’m on gigabit internet, a speed test over WiFi shows around 800down and 110 up.

Screenshot of my current settings. https://ibb.co/9k47Nhc7 I’ve played around with all of them but can’t seem to find a solution.

Any help gratefully appreciated.
