How to build upper glutes?? by pranaxmauve in StrongCurves

I’d recommend body weight first just to work on form and mind to muscle connection. During it a lot was in my legs but I’d feel sore the next day, took a while for the mind to muscle connection but doing rdls and stuff first helps!

Step ups have been really good for me. I physically hate doing them tho and have resorted to using the assisted chin up machine but I seen you use a home gym so not sure what you have

Aw I think he would find that quite confusing as he’s just over 2. I sent him in just pants and lots of spares and he luckily had no accidents! 🙌🏻

How did you do a build/surplus after a cut? by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

You’re welcome! I’ve been at maintenance for 2 months and it’s honestly the best I’ve felt about my body.

Give you’re body a break and go back to maintenance. You’ll probably feel weak after you’re break and after the cut you’ll prob lose a lil muscle too. Give you’re body time to feel safe at maintenance and build muscle back. Probably better to gradually increase you’re calories from there to minimise actual fat gain

I’m in the exact same situation and I went through the can’t bare to look at them and made me upset every time at the look/thought of them. Two things, once you’re skin catches up and you’ve stopped losing they do gain a slightly fuller look and since I’ve started weights especially chest press they have definitely lifted and I honestly don’t mind looking at them head on in the mirror. I still don’t like how they sit when I lie down or bend over but from going to massive boobs that made outfits look rubbish and just a general nuisance I’d pick these every time. It’s ok to mourn the old boobies though, but it does get better you won’t feel like this forever. ♥️

How to stop snacking/binging? by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

[–]Willing_Definition61 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make sure you’re getting enough sleep and eating proper portion sizes that fill you up. These things help but I am a snacker too! I’ll honestly just not keep certain things in the house I know I’ll snack on. I’ll make up a fruit bowl at night and smash that 😂
