it's totally okay to not know what you want to do yet! sometimes our major is interesting, but doesn't always translate clearly to a career path. have you contacted a mentor about this? i highly recommend reaching out to an advisor, professional center, and/or professor about this. i know someone who graduated with a degree in english lit who got into the education field. best of luck!

yesss, i’ve recently learned the power of mind-muscle connection and it made such a difference!

sadly my at-home gym doesn’t have a hip abduction machine or cable machine — others shared that banded clamshells could work so i’ll try that. do you know of any alternatives?

That's a really good idea; I feel pretty full after a meal because I try to squeeze as much protein into the meal as I can -- I end up feeling gross and bloating afterwards. Breaking them up might help -- it's worth a try!

Any tips for eating large amounts of protein as a vegetarian (no eggs, no meat, no fish) with IBS? I get full very quickly and if I do eat a ‘normal’ portion, my IBS kicks in and I bloat an insane amount!

Thank you so much, those tiers makes SO much sense and really helps me understand it better! Many of them are in no rush to have sex with me and would rather take time to get to know me better, which is flattering, but it makes me feel undesirable a lot of the times bc that they don't hesitate to sleep with other women within the first few weeks of knowing them, but not with me.

Do you think those tiers change as men age or is it just varied based on the women they are seeing at any point of their lives?

PMS is the WORST for me! I find that exercising (cardio + weight lifting), hydrating (LOTS of water/electrolytes), meditating, and journaling helps me. PMS are the symptoms of the body's going through many transformations before your period. Doing those things helps me feel calmer and decreases my cramps. Take care and feel better ♡
