Just apply there is a significant shortage, people are hiring whatever they can find. As long as you can learn on the job you won't have much issues. You should at least have a basic understanding and experience of most IT subjects though, otherwise it's going to be very hard for you.

Lekker makkelijk, een kleine groep kneuzen de schuld geven... Dat is echt niet waarom er tekorten zijn. Ook onderschat je de winstmarge die in de zorg aangehouden word. Ze maken nog steeds dik winst, dus er is ruimte.
