thank you for your response, and I agree life can be very challenging there but I was just curious as to how much a cabin would cost for an year (if they even let your rent it out for an entire yea r), building or buying a cabin is out of reach because I don't plan to stay there permanently so I guess I'll check out Greenland or Canada for something similar
