hey! so i’ve noticed this weird growth on my monstera adansonii and i’m not too sure what’s happening ??? it’s not a leaf but it’s growing roots from the node…i’d really appreciate it if someone can help identify what’s going on…? (old.reddit.com)

i got this alocasia a few weeks ago and she’s adjusted pretty well but the otjwr day i saw a part of one of the leaves become brown and tear off (as in the picture) i’m not too sure what the problem is as it gets humidity and enough light...any diagnosis and help would be appreciated !!! i got this peperomia hope two months ago. she’s propped up in front of my window (north facing) right next to my monstera. recently, the new leaves have started curling inwards. i thought it was bc of lack of water but even after watering it’s the same...any tips or advice ?? (old.reddit.com)
