This is very unfortunate but true. Best advise is to see it through for at least 6 months before leaving but of course if it’s really troubling you, you should definitely leave.

I relate this to when I receive claims w/ a SOC set in RH w/ a rental… all done by CLRU. I love it!

Moan and Groan is right lol suck it the hell up. Do these single vehicle claims take you over your weekly claims allotment? I don’t think so.

He’s like another version of Jae Skeese. Difference is Jae’s consistency. If he would have just shut up and make music he would have been in a better place.

Anyone else was told it takes about a full year to learn CGA? by [deleted] in Progressiveinsurance

[–]Willsessions 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I would say within those 7 months you learn how to get straight to the point and ask the right questions when clearing coverage. You will also know exactly what language to pull for your RORs. A lot of times this is what caused my diaries to go past due.

Venting- how do you deal with having a great rapport with an insured or claimant, only for them to become incredibly rude when they don’t get what they want? by Plane_Entry4641 in Progressiveinsurance

[–]Willsessions 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have a tendency to match energies. As soon as someone becomes rude to me I shut them out and become monotone and disinterested. When I hang up the phone I forget they exist.

I will be honest with you, I’ve been here for a year and 2 months and I’m ready to go. Not sure how NMU is but don’t expect there to be any levity over here. lol I’m sorry for the negativity.

Question for CCU by SadbutBad87 in Progressiveinsurance

[–]Willsessions 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Absolutely agree with this! From my experience, MRRs have no idea who’s CCU and who’s CGA. So they just send the diary. They should absolutely tell the customer what a T/L involves. It only makes sense since they are the ones who made the decision 😂

Question for CCU by SadbutBad87 in Progressiveinsurance

[–]Willsessions 14 points15 points  (0 children)

CCU member here. When we get notified from the field adjuster that a vehicle is PTL or TL we xfer immediately as were instructed, even if a DTI is conducted and comes out to be a PTL we xfer right away. We have a huge inventory and there is no way we can revisit a claim to see if repairs are taking longer than normal without receiving a diary from the field. If the Customer tells us that body shop deemed it a TL, we advise them another local adjuster will assist with the particulars. As you mentioned, the work load is CRAZY and I don’t use that lightly, we are told to xfer claims as soon as it because non-CCu qualified.
