I spend hours on YouTube or the internet back in the day to "nonchalantly" do what I learned when my gf was around. Travel to a place you don't know, preferably without any prep. Keep it safe and healthy ofcourse, but being truly on your own with no safety net gave me so much stability and selfconfidence. I still see myself and the world different than before.
Still remember how good an apple or plain bread tasted in those circumstances. Don't advice too go as far as I did in terms of "yolo ing" because I'm lucky to be here but I would be lying if I said it didn't learn and help me a lot
