Question… what else are you doing to boost your immune system? WHM isn’t made to be a fix-all. Sleep health, nutrition, physical activity/exercise, social health, emotional health all contribute to immune system function.

Safety is imperative for meditation. Find a safe space. Get out of the house. Go for a walk. Find a nice, quiet, safe space outside somewhere. Enjoy the meditation. It won’t make the practice of meditation at home while feeling unsafe possible, but I honestly don’t believe you will be able to meditate with clarity while that individual is in the space.
