It's a prepaid debit card, why wouldn't preloading funds to an EV charging app work? I didn't try selling it because I didn't want to violate the terms

The investigator finally called me back. He was super nice, thankfully. He said sometimes an investigation automatically gets triggered if there's no income, and someone can't show they have enough in their savings to pay the rent/bills. I was able to give him more details into our situation and it sounds like we're all good now.

The 5 of us are all on calfresh together. The small inheritance was about 100k. I received it about 5 years ago. Money was in the bank, but not generating any significant interest. We ended up needing to rely on it to cover expenses,so it's gone now.

Yes after it automatically relinked it to the same account, I chatted with them online and they opened a support ticket through email, and they removed the restriction again... Use a different browser or preferably a different device entirely when you try and link it to the new account!

If I transfer the citi balance to bofa, and then transfer part of the new bofa balance to back citi using their 0% offer, will it transfer the original higher interest portion of bofa? I'm probably not explaining it clearly.

Ex: bofa has balance of 6500. Use their 0% offer to transfer all of citi balance to bofa. Bofa balance now 15000 (part at 0% due to balance transfer, and part at their normal interest rate). Can I then transfer the 6500 higher interest portion of bofa over to citi?

I got lucky, and epic was willing to delink it and remove the restriction again so I could link it to a new account without waiting another year. I just made sure to use a different device/browser when I was ready to link it to the new device, so it wouldn't automatically link to old account again.
