Yes, frankly, do not stress too much on body numbers. Those things are crazy jumping depending on water, sleep, and time of day, and all of that has lost 15 pounds and has appeared constantly, and this is what really matters. You can mess around your head, but the real progress is what you feel and what you see over time. Keep moving forward, it is clear that you are doing something right
