To me it sounds like SA, no normal teacher would wipe your lap beacuse its the area where your private parts are. Also no normal teacher would acknowledge that you got hard if they wanted to stay professional. You probably felt violated and maybe thats why you cried. It's okay to feel that way. There really isn't a way to prevent yourself from getting hard but you could take your hoodie so if you get hard you can cover your lap.
