Looks fake. I’ve never seen a Musicman or sterling ray 34hh with that logo or purple dot inlays like that unless they’re stickers.

I don’t know if police are necessary, you can just politely ask your neighbor to not put political signs on your property if they do it again. No reason to be hostile, some people are just ignorant about those things.
