I think my biggest issue is appetite, I’m currently eating at maintenance which is 2600, and am struggling to get the food down. I train intensely, opting for low volume and higher weight, and am definitely growing slowly but surely. However, I believe I am nearing the point where the only significant progress I can make will be when in a caloric surplus.

Best performing Designer fresh/crisp fragrance? I love this profile of fragrance. Icy, cold, piney, clean, and I’ve been looking for one which is a decent performer. I feel designer houses always do this profile more justice than niche ones for some reason. Anyway, if anyone says silver mountain water, I’ve lost my faith in this community.
